Obscure 2011 game sees a popularity surge following a 3DS homebrew exploit.

Unless you're a die-hard 3DS collector, you probably haven't heard of Ubisoft's obscure 2011 platform release Cubic Ninja. Plenty of people are talking about, and seeking out, the title today, though!


We been waiting for months for SMEA to tell us the game we need to unlock the 3DS for homebrew and now we finally know! :)

DIRECT SUPPORT FOR FIRMWARE 9.0 – 9.2 COMING SOON

It seems Gateway 3DS will be able to do all the things that Sky3DS and R5 can and very soon, to be able to run your backup game ROMs on the very latest 3DS firmware and handhelds including the NEW 3DS


Well if you were thinking of picking up a Sky3DS flashcart, don't worry soon your Gateway one will do the same, working natively on 9.2 firmware and the NEW 3DS models, and even the 2DS systems that will be so cheap coming up this Black Friday weekend.

Nintendo just announced another classic franchise getting a nod in their latest racer: Excitebike!

The newest DLC course just announced is the Excitebike Arena. This course will feature jumps, boosts, mud puddles and all of the classic obstacles from the NES racing game. The coolest part? The course will randomize each time, so you are never quite positive as to where the next boost or ramp will be located.

Out of the Blue, a new 3DS FlashCart has appeared with native v9.x firmware support

Not much is known yet about this new 3DS flashcart for Nintendo handhelds, except unlike the others that needed a v4.5 console to work on, this one claims to directly play backup ROMs on v9.x systems!

Nintendo has been on the search for a new console architect for the past 2 months, according to several online job listings, in what could mark the first step of a long process of building new console
